I am a BACP accredited counsellor with an accredited diploma in Gestalt counselling or therapy. I also hold a certificate in Person Centered counselling.I trained at The Gestalt Centre of Counselling and Psychotherapy, London and Thames Valley University , Middlesex.I am also a group supervisor and currently studying for an MA in Intercultural Group Therapy at University of London. I am of West African origin and grew up in a multi cultural environment.
Where I practice.
I work as a counselling coordinator for a registered charity in south london,I supervise counselling volunteers and see counselling clients.
My practice is in Highbury and Islington, within easy distance from the train or tube station, as well as being not far from Holloway road. I also practice at The Gestalt Centre, Old Street, a five minute walk from the tube . All locations have excellent public transport links.
Once an appointment has been set up I give clients written details of the locations and terms and conditions of how I work.

I am experienced in working with a wide range of issues including abandonment, adoption,trans racial adoption,mixed relationships,domestic violence, anxiety, sexual abuse and abuse issues,stress, depression,cultural issues,creative blocks, depression,relationship issues,living in care (to name but a few).
I work cross culturally and stick to the BACP code of ethics.
